To start your return:
1) Fill out the Refund Request Form
2) Expect a reply from our friendly Customer Service team to finalise.
We stand by our products and offer a generous refund policy because we believe in them. We ask that customers give the product a fair shot for at least four weeks. Refunds are processed within 72 hours after delivery.
To get a refund, return any unopened and unspoiled products. Empty or damaged items not previously disclosed won't qualify.
Remember, you have 60-days from the purchase date for returns. Please contact customer service for help before returning anything.
Initial shipping charges incurred by Forageplus are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

When you send the items back, please include a cover note with your order number, name, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your return smoothly.
