Applying a coupon to your order
Coupons are great and who doesn't love a good deal?! We'd like to provide some additional information to support how to use your coupon codes.
Coupon codes can be applied to an order, either at the cart page here or from the checkout page at the bottom of the page.
This includes first-order coupons, affiliate discount codes and more. If more than two coupon codes are applied, any new codes will override existing ones. Percentage discounts cannot and will not stack.
Some promotional offers and sale items are not eligible for coupon use.
Coupons expire after 12 months. If you don't use it, you lose it!
What if I place an order without applying my first order coupon code?
If you had placed your first order without applying your coupon code and as long as your order has not yet shipped, you can contact our support team and we will do our best to refund your 10% first order discount.
If you had previously placed an order with us, or if your order has already shipped, we will be unable to reimburse or refund your first order discount.
