How do I create a subscription?
Creating a subscription for your favourite Forageplus supplements and feeds couldn’t be easier! When adding the item to your cart, select the option to Subscribe & Save along with your desired delivery frequency. You get to decide how often you would like to receive your order.
What are the benefits of a subscription?
Forageplus subscriptions are automatic and worry-free. Once created, your orders will process on the schedule you selected. Plus, you save money! Every subscription order receives a 5% discount off MSRP unless otherwise noted.
From the initial order to the very last, you’re saving money. And don’t worry, if the product is on sale at a discount that is greater than 5%, you’ll receive the higher discount for your item. The discounts don’t stack, but we’ll make sure you get the best one!

How do I manage my deliveries?
The beauty of Forageplus' subscription program is that you have complete control. You can subscribe to a product whenever you’d like and pause or cancel the subscription whenever you’d like, without penalty.
Should you need to edit your subscription, all you need to do is log into your Forageplus account and head to your Subscription profile to view your subscription(s) and their controls. You can add or remove items from an existing subscription, adjust your order frequency, and change your next order date, just to name a few.
Need to change your shipping address or payment method? You can select from any address or payment method already saved to your account or you can add a new one. Each subscription can have its own shipping address and payment method, so you’re not limited to just one for your orders.

How will I know when my subscription order is on its way?
We will send you an email 7 days before any renewal is due to process. This gives you time to review your subscriptions before anything is processed.
You can then expect an order confirmation email every time an order is processed. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile as well. We’ll also shoot you an email as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it from door to door.
When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged automatically on the date the order is processed.
An order just processed that I wasn’t ready for. Can it be cancelled?
If the order has just processed and you haven’t received a shipping notification yet, you can reach out to our support team and we will attempt to refund the order before the parcel ships.
