Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners – UPS or Royal Mail – depending on the size of the parcel and your location.
You will receive delivery updates directly from the courier via email and, in some cases, text message. These notifications will include your tracking number and a link to follow your order’s journey.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
Checking with neighbours or other household members.
Looking for a delivery card, which may have been left with you or a neighbour.
Reviewing your tracking information for specific delivery details.

How can I track my order and get my tracking number?
You can track your order using the dispatch confirmation email our courier sends you when your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include:
Your tracking number
A link to track your parcel with the courier
