Has my order been successful?
If you have an account with Forageplus, you can easily check your order history. A successful order will typically change status from ‘New’ to ‘Processing’ in your account. If your order shows a ‘Failed’ or ‘Cancelled’ status, the order was not successfully placed. You should also receive an email confirmation with your order number within 30 minutes to 2 hours of placing your order.
If you placed an order without an account, you will still receive an order confirmation email (provided all the necessary details were entered). Be sure to check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered.
If you're unsure about your order, we’re happy to help. Please provide the following details so we can investigate:
The date of your order
The payment method used (if by card, include the cardholder’s name and the last 4 digits of the card number)
The exact amount paid
Your email address
Once we have this information, we’ll quickly confirm your order details.
Has my order been dispatched?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you place your order before 2 pm, it will be collected by our courier on the next working day, though the shipping email may not arrive until the order is officially dispatched.
If you have an account, you can also log in to check your order status. If it still says ‘Processing’, don’t worry – the system may still be updating, and the status should change once the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Why could I order an item if it's out of stock?
All items listed on Forageplus are subject to availability. While rare, if we encounter an issue that prevents us from supplying a product you've ordered, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. We aim to keep you informed and provide a solution.
In such cases, we may offer the following options:
Remove the unavailable item from your order.
Cancel your order if the options provided are not suitable.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.
